Give us the mash bill

Distiller

Do you have a favorite mash bill? Here is where we can help reproduce that mash bill, our way just for you.

What is a mash bill?

A mash bill is the mix of grains used to create a whiskey. The whiskey-making process starts with the cooking and fermenting of these grains to create the whiskey mash. This mix of grains is one of the factors that impact the overall flavor of your whiskey, along with multiple other factors including water source, yeast strain, barrelling, aging period, etc.

Blended American whiskies are generally created in some proportion of four grains; namely Barley, Corn, Rye and Wheat. With our mash bill creator, you can reference a mash bill from a whiskey you love and to assist in creating a bespoke whiskey just for you.

Input your mash bill here, and we will allocate your barrel selection for you to emulate your mash bill as closely as possible.

*Please note that our current barrel selection won't allow us to emulate mash bills with a barley content over 40%. We are constantly adding new barrels to our portfolio, so this may be possible in the near future.
