A complex flavor profile, dominated by vanilla, caramel and complemented by cocoa, smoke and spice.

Sugar and spice is the name of this whiskey. A bold, sweet start graduates to a spicy finish. With tasting notes that include malt, chocolate and spice from the rye, this whiskey reminds one of decadent, dark chocolate-chip cookies and spicy dark chocolate.

Upon smelling, the sweetness from the malt hits the nose first and finishes with the spice from the rye.
