How it works

Our barrels come from MGP Ingredients in Indiana, a distillery that’s world-renowned for consistently excellent quality.
We have included the 50 ml samples at 43% ABV (86 Proof) because we know our barrels and want the varied aromas and specific tasting notes of each barrel to be accessible to both whiskey novices and whiskey enthusiasts. We also wanted to proof it down ourselves so that we could ensure the water source and the final product met our high standards. If you enjoy a more robust whiskey at a higher ABV, you can select the higher proof option when you redeem your full-size bottle, the very beauty of creating a bespoke whiskey.
